[WMS-21462] - xhop: fixed an issue in which it wasn’t possible to onboard a new user or perform voice authorization after upgrade to WMS 6.0720240920.1
For improved quality of voice recognition, added requirements to voice footprints so that the minimum speech length is 2 seconds and minimum ratio of speech and silence should be 50%.
Improved the logic of saving voice authorization footprints by cutting out silence at the start and end of the files.
